Welcome to Terea Dubai (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern how you access and use tereadubais.ae (the “Site”), along with any purchases you make through it. By browsing or using our Site, you’re agreeing to these Terms in full. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t continue using the Site.
1. Who Can Use This Site
Our products contain nicotine and are made exclusively for adult smokers and vapers aged 21 and older.
By using this Site or placing an order, you’re confirming that you’re at least 21 years old and legally allowed to buy nicotine and tobacco-related products in the UAE.
We reserve the right to ask for valid ID to confirm your age at the point of delivery or pickup, and we may refuse an order if age can’t be verified.

We reserve the right to cap quantities, remove products, or change pricing and availability at any point without advance notice.
Terea Dubai operates independently and has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or sponsorship by IQOS, Philip Morris International, RELX, JUUL, or any other brand. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Placing Orders & Payment
You can order through our Site or reach us directly via WhatsApp or phone.
We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.
All prices are shown in AED and can change without notice — whatever price is shown when your order is confirmed is what applies.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion, whether that’s due to suspected fraud, a pricing mistake, or an inability to confirm your age.
An order only becomes official once you get confirmation back from our team via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
4. Delivery
We deliver to all seven emirates, following the methods, timeframes, and fees described in our Shipping Policy.
Orders above AED 300 automatically get free delivery.
Delivery time estimates aren’t guaranteed — traffic, weather, and other factors outside our control can affect them.
Whoever receives the order must be 21 or older and may be asked to show valid ID at delivery or pickup.
5. Returns & Refunds
Any return or refund request follows our Refund and Returns Policy, which permits requests within 7 days of delivery as long as the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging — unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. Rules for Using the Site
While using our Site, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful or that breaches these Terms
- Give us false information, including a false age declaration
- Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data

Keep all devices and sticks well out of reach of children and pets — nicotine is toxic if swallowed.
Avoid leaving devices or sticks inside a hot car or under direct sunlight, as heat can damage them.
Stick to original chargers and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
9. Limits on Our Liability
To the extent UAE law allows, Terea Dubai won’t be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages tied to your use of the Site or the products you buy — this includes product misuse, malfunctions caused by improper use, or delivery delays.
If we’re found liable for a claim related to a purchase, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for that specific order.

Our Site may link out to third-party websites or tools, such as payment gateways. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.
