At Terea Dubai, getting your IQOS TEREA sticks, ILUMA i devices, and other products to you quickly and safely — anywhere in the UAE — is our priority. This Shipping Policy covers our delivery options, expected timelines, and applicable charges.

2. Free Delivery Threshold
Any order over AED 300 automatically qualifies for free delivery at checkout — no promo code needed.
3. Daily Order Cut-Off
Orders placed before our daily cut-off time go out for processing that same day. Anything placed after the cut-off gets scheduled into the next available delivery slot. Once your order is confirmed, our team will reach out via WhatsApp or phone to lock in your exact delivery window.
4. Where We Deliver
We cover all seven emirates:
- Dubai Express & Standard: our fastest options, available within Dubai only
- UAE-Wide Courier: reaches Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain
- Store Pickup: for anyone who’d rather grab their order in person
5. Picking Up In-Store
Select Store Pickup at checkout and collect your order from:

We’ll let you know via WhatsApp, phone, or email as soon as your order is ready — usually within 1–2 days of placing it.
6. Age Checks at Delivery or Pickup
Every product we sell is meant strictly for adult smokers and vapers aged 21 and above. Our delivery rider or store staff may ask to see valid ID before releasing the order, and we can’t hand off any order to anyone under 21 — whether by delivery or pickup.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves us, we’ll keep you posted on its progress and expected arrival via WhatsApp or phone. Feel free to check in with us anytime for an update.
8. If Something Goes Wrong With Delivery
If your order is late, missing, or shows up damaged:
- Get in touch with us right away, including your order number
- We’ll look into it and sort things out as fast as we can — whether that’s a redelivery or a refund, per our Refund and Returns Policy
9. Wrong Address or Missed Delivery
Double-check your delivery address and phone number when checking out. If a delivery can’t be completed because the address was wrong, we couldn’t reach you by phone, or no one was available to receive it, we may need to charge an additional fee for a second delivery attempt.

We accept cash, card, and bank transfer, whether you’re getting your order delivered or picking it up yourself.
